Gift vouchers are treated as cash tender, unfortunately, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift vouchers are transferrable to friends or family members and can be taken back to the dollar value to be used against a service of your choice.
Should the total of treatments booked be more than the value of the Gift Certificate, the remainder will have to be paid on the day.
Treatment prices are subject to change without notice by Nabea Spa.
Gift Certificates are for one use only and must be used in full. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Certificate.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, credit or debit cards.
Gift Certificates are not valid on Public Holidays
Gift Certificates are valid until date indicated on Certificate.
Please redeem your Gift Certificate before the expiry date, as it will not be honoured once expired.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice you will lose your 50% deposit.
Last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows in which we exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered too.
If you are running late, you will have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.
